Roland Pryke

Roland is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Residential Property team based at our Leominster office.

He has extensive knowledge in all types of residential property transactions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, remortgaging, transfers of equity, leasehold extensions, shared ownership and adverse possession applications.

In addition he also deals with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyships and administration of estates.
